Lotteries

By leveraging existing kiosks in the field, lotteries can massively expand their retail footprint at very little cost. Games such as Mega Millions and Powerball are offered on these terminals. Linq3 provides the secure transaction platform that connects these terminals to the appropriate payments' gateways, passes the lottery play back to the appropriate lottery system for processing, and notifies the player of successful completion.

ATM

Lottery on the ATM represents a powerful new tool for ATM owners to increase revenue on their existing machines. ATM owners can now utilize their machines for more than just cash disbursement and deposit. Linq3's systems allow lottery play at these terminals with no additional hardware. Because security is at the forefront of any Linq3 product, only ATMs with certain functionality (both in operating system and hardware) are certified to sell lottery products. ATM owners can sell draw lottery at their ATMs without the need for increased back office accounting or additional processing systems. Beyond the ATM

Linq3 is proud to announce the VeriFone – Linq3 partnership to bring lottery to fuel pumps, taxis and in-lane POS locations. By utilizing these payment environments, Linq3 and VeriFone can increase reach by giving additional avenues for distribution. By securing transactions at these new terminals, lotteries can go beyond the C-Store and capitalize on addition retail locations. Only terminals with certain physical security attributes and processing characteristics can sell lottery products. Linq3 has secured payments processing integration with many of the nations leading payments and ATM processors, creating a nationwide network to securely process lottery transactions in all forty-four lottery sanctioned states. This integration and certification along with partnerships with the leading national payments' networks, ensures dependable access for customers to use their debit card to purchase lottery on these terminals.
